We have a light that shines in us once we accept Jesus as Lord over our lives. It separates us from the dark world. Jesus calls us to shine that light not hide it. To share it with others so they can see the goodness that Jesus has produced in us and through us.  When we allow our lights to shine before others and they know that it is because of what Jesus has done for us, it glorifies God. It also shines light on their life. They feel its warmth, hopefully provoking a movement in their hearts to change. How do we shine our light? By loving our neighbors, caring for our minds, bodies, and souls, giving to those in need, forgiving one another, uplifting each other, and so much more.  We all have a flame of light burning in us as followers of Jesus. Let's illuminate the darkness with it for God's glory and the goodness of others.
