We currently ship within the U.S.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • We use trusted carriers like USPS or UPS, depending on your location.

  • Flat Rate: $9.99 for all orders under $89

  • Free Shipping: on orders $89+

  • We are not responsible for delays once the carrier has your package.

  • Double-check your shipping address — we can’t guarantee changes once the order is placed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return policy is customer-centric, aiming to provide you with peace of mind when making a purchase from Faith Like Fire. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return or exchange process. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your satisfaction is our priority.
 

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All sale and custom items are final sale.

Need a different size? We offer exchanges if stock is available. You cover return shipping; we’ll cover shipping the replacement to you.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive your return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item was defective or incorrect, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
